What is a learning management system (LMS)?

It's a web-based learning management system used to plan, implement and assess a specific learning process. It's used for e-learning practices and, in its most common form, consists of two elements: a server that performs the Course functionality and a user interface (UI).
Employers can track Employee Training using LMS Reports

Within the User Interface is a progress report which tracks the status and progression of the course, shows the total training time, the login and logout times, and a course completion time and date. All of this information can be exported in Excel for one or more employees.

Keeping track of employee training increases your team's productivity. You can evaluate their effectiveness and keep employees up-to-date. The entire process streamlines your training efforts to better meet your organization's aims, objectives, and needs.

When it comes to performance management, what matters is data. A comprehensive employee training history provides an objective way to review, promote, and praise your employees. This allows you to accurately reward employees based on demonstrable evidence rather than feelings or sentiments.
Here are a few reasons why to use this LMS Training Platform

Keeps track of your progress without you having to remember where you left off.

Keeps a timeline and total training time.

Keeps you more engaged, motivated and increases retention. You have 30 days to complete the Course which will help with your commitment.

Reads easily on a Cell phone (as well as a Desktop and Laptop).

Reports you can view and also Export in Excel to show your progress and course completion time and date.
